fall shelf

After September 1, I am ready to put away the crystal, green and aqua accessories and start bringing out the fall accents.  This white shelf will sit above the couch when I get done with the fall change.  Gold and metal candle sticks, stacked mirrors and a few family pictures will finish the look.  I think I need a sign for under the shelf.  Maybe love, welcome or peace.  I have an old small window frame I can use.  What do you do to change up your home for fall?
