Instant center piece

Brightening up a dull spot and bringing in a touch of spring is not difficult, time consuming  or expensive.  Just two silk flowering stems in a re-purposed wine bottle do the trick.  Just be sure to bend most of your branches so they look more natural.  You would need to look very close to see these were not the real thing.  This week I'll cut some red bud, forsythia and peach branches and bring them in to force.
