Beautiful tree ornaments are a snap with the clear glass balls available today. Pull off the top cap and pour in 2-3 shades of paint or clear glue and glitter. Swirl around to cover all the inside, drain and let dry. Tie a pretty bow for the top, and maybe add a small gift of say, diamonds to the bow and you have perfect gift. My family did a whole set of these for my parents last year. Even the little guy made a gorgeous ball for them.
